Let's love our way through life

For a long time my goal has been to become more love, to see love in everything and everybody, basically the opposite of what is encouraged in the world right now. First it started with a quest, with a yearning to find unconditional love and once I finally found it in me, all I wanted was to experience greater and greater levels of love and to become more of it.

It would be impossible for me now to miss a day of meditation, of going within and connecting to my heart, to love within. There isn’t a golden rule on how best to do a meditation, but what I would say is that willingness, sincerity, love, passion and perseverance definitely help connect to our Truth and become better versions of ourselves.

Meditation is there to help us start our day from a better place, to connect to our heart and to remind ourselves of who we want to be during our day. Staying in our heart for the whole day, being love, seeing love in everybody and everything despite everything that our senses show us, despite everything that we are told, is a true mastery.

I have done lots of different meditations over the years, but in recent weeks I felt compelled to pay special attention to my heart. A wonderful friend recommended Dr Joe Dispenza’s gorgeous heart based meditation called “Center of the Magnet”, which I did over six consecutive days. Every day I experienced something different, something new, I connected to my Truth on a deeper level and various layers that I created intentionally and unintentionally were peeled. And although I know that life will always bring me more opportunities to remember, grow and evolve, I notice and appreciate the fact that the way I look at the world, at myself and others is different than it was just two weeks ago. There is no mystery in it really, I knew what I was doing and I put all my heart into it. What kind of meditation we do, whether it is a guided one, with music or without, whether we are sat at home, under a tree or walking through a forest, is not what is most important. It is our willingness to do it, honesty and power of our intention, our perseverance, love and gratitude that we feel throughout the whole process.

We might read or hear that we are Divine beings, but until we truly discover it in ourselves, really feel it and know it with all our being, it often just remains a theory. We hear wonderful stories about people who healed themselves, who became abundant, who created beautiful, loving relationships and we wish we could be more like them. They must be special we think, they must be chosen, they must have something that we do not possess. What comes to our minds often is “I wish I could do it but I am not special, I do not deserve it, I am not worthy of it”. This kind of thinking is totally untrue. We are all the same, we all have the same Divine power in us, power to heal, to create, to be, have and do whatever it is that we truly desire. However, beliefs that we have about ourselves, about what is possible and impossible, are extremely powerful. Empowering beliefs are wonderful, however limiting beliefs, until discovered and changed, will always hold us back. We can know what we want, we can try to introduce feelings, however, if deep down we believe that we are not worthy, that what we want is impossible, then it will be impossible.

We are perfect, Divine creators who for the most part have been focusing on fear, lack and unworthiness. I feel now is the time to change that, to start creating from our hearts, from love, to start to believe in our own power and choose love, joy, peace, abundance, freedom and gratitude to be the centre of our lives. I know that there are many others who feel the same way.

In one of my recent meditations, I heard my heart say these words to me: “Let’s love our way through life”. I really, truly want love to be the centre of my life and for my Truth to always guide me through life. I want to concentrate on love instead on fear, anger, unworthiness and lack. I want to love my way through life.

I truly believe we can change the world through the power of our love. Let’s concentrate on our beautiful hearts and create a magnificent world we would love to live in, world based on truth, love, joy, peace and freedom 💜
